Warranty coverage
PORTL offers a five-year hull warranty and a one-year warranty on pedal drives, the electric motor system and other covered components, including manufacturing defects in consumables. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Read the full coverage, exclusions and claim instructions on our Warranty page.
Change-of-mind returns
Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days, subject to prior authorisation, original condition and packaging, and all included parts. An A$300 restocking fee applies per approved change-of-mind return. The customer pays return freight; original delivery charges are not refunded. See our Returns policy for the complete terms.
The change-of-mind restocking fee does not apply to remedies for faulty goods or accepted warranty claims. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by these policies.
