Think about who comes along, the equipment you bring and the places you usually launch. Compare cockpit space, seating, control reach and a realistic all-up load. A broader hull alone does not establish stability, speed or suitability for a particular waterway. Confirm those details for the exact model and conditions.

Odyssey: dedicated space for your catch

Odyssey’s built-in under-seat fish-storage cabins are a key distinction between the two ranges. Odyssey Solo has one cabin; Odyssey Tandem has two. They give you dedicated onboard space for fish storage, alongside the broader hull layout. Passage is the slimmer alternative.

Choose Solo or Tandem

A Solo is a two-section kayak with one seating position. A Tandem uses three hull sections and two seating positions. Both Tandem packages include two standard chairs and two selected pedal drives. Plan storage and transport for the complete kit, not just the bare hull.

Compare like-for-like propulsion

The table below shows current fin and propeller packages. Select the same drive type when comparing models. Electric motors, battery bundles, additional complete drives and accessories are separate additions. Confirm your final itemised configuration and delivery cost before payment.

Standard chairs are included. A swivel chair is an optional replacement upgrade; a canopy and other accessories are separate additions unless your quote says otherwise.

Keep expansion within your model family

Both families offer a matching Solo-to-Tandem expansion pack containing a middle section, one standard chair and one selected pedal drive. A Passage expansion pack cannot connect to an Odyssey hull, and an Odyssey pack cannot connect to Passage. Confirm the model of your existing craft before ordering.

Compare the packed kayak as well as the assembled kayak

Request the packed dimensions and individual section weights, plus the space needed for chairs, drives and other gear. Measure your boot opening and internal loading path. Check the transport and storage guide before settling on a model.
